問題：

每當在作業中需重開機時，就會出現下面錯誤訊息，若再按任一鍵則出直條或關機中畫面後就不動了，請問是哪邊發生問題了呢？有沒有辦法解決？ 我的作業系統是 Windows 98 SE。
